This year’s Asparagus auction is on Sunday 28th May, taking place during a free concert by the band at The Fleece Inn, commencing 7:00pm. This event has been one of the bands main fund raising occasions since it was first organised in the 1970’s to help raise money to purchase new instruments.

WE NEED YOUR HELP – if you would be available to help us sell and fold raffle tickets anytime between 6.45pm and 7.45pm at our Auction we would be most grateful. Please do speak to any band member or email Laura Hunt – if you are able to assist us at all.

Preparations are also underway for this year’s The Last Night of the Proms concert taking place on Saturday 22nd July. If you would like to sponsor the event please contact Laura Hunt – As an early reminder, please note that there will be a short firework display at approximately 10.30pm.
